calendar for glass case installation

Hand in your contract at least 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE of installing.

For INSTALL:

Tuesdays, 12pm-7pm, go to gallery assistant for access (except 10/20 & 10/27 when between exhibits and appointments must be made)

For DE-INSTALL:

Mondays, Appointments available between 9:30am-12:30pm OR 2pm-4pm....but the gallery isn't open on Mondays and the student workers will be assigned elsewhere if not needed...so I need to know 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE the specific de-install time.

September 9: Group 1

September 16: Group 2

September 22: Eric, Liz, Phil

September 29: Dennis, Danielle K. & Amy

October 6 install: Danielle I. Jeff & Sophia (keep exhibit up through October 19th) De-install October 19

October 20: Keith, Brandon & Crystal, Kathleen McCue

October 21: Kevin, Jess C., Nick & Dan

October 27: Jess A, Andrew S. & Leandra, Allison

November 3: Andrew L, Irene, Jess G.
